Some people call me"CC", some people call me "Cyndi", and others tack on "Cyndi-Lou-Who".  

Whatever the case may be, I love literature - writing and reading.

After finding HubPages, I started writing about all of my interests: things I studied while at university, including Anthropology, Spanish, and Education.  My interests also include being green, living simply and being frugal.

I'm inspired to write more and to dust off that memoir gathering virtual dust on my hard drive.

I feel like I've taken off on a literary jet plane. This is an incredible place to hone your writing skills and to push yourself to become more than you ever thought you could be!

In my non-virtual life, I am a teacher, author, an artist, an outdoors enthusiast, a knitter, gardener and all around happy-go-lucky person.  

I have written grants, won scholarships, headed overseas, and I love to research just to learn.

I'll even do freelance work so that I can research, learn and see the world even more.

Sometimes I wish I could find the proverbial Fountain of Youth just to experience all of the curiosities life has to offer.  Is it any wonder that HubPages is such an incredible outlet for me?
